The Human Condition Nurse Coaching
My Story
Gary Lambert is a registered nurse with 13 years of experience in acute care and home health. After witnessing how traditional healthcare fails to prevent chronic disease, he founded The Human Condition, a nurse coaching business dedicated to holistic health, metabolic wellness, and proactive lifestyle change.
Raised in a remote Alaskan town of 400 people, Gary grew up in a world where survival depended on daily choices—hunting for food, chopping wood for warmth, and respecting nature’s rhythms. This upbringing shaped his belief that health is built on sustainable habits, not quick fixes.
At The Human Condition, Gary focuses on metabolic health, gut integrity, and lifestyle optimization. He helps clients restore metabolic function and prevent insulin resistance by eliminating ultra-processed foods and embracing whole, nutrient-dense meals. He also emphasizes gut health, teaching the role of probiotics, prebiotics, and anti-inflammatory foods in reducing chronic inflammation and improving digestion.
Gary’s coaching philosophy is backed by cutting-edge research from experts like Dr. Casey Means (Good Energy) and Dr. Robert Lustig (Metabolical). As The Human Condition grows, he envisions using technology-driven solutions to make wellness education more accessible.
More than a nurse coach, Gary is a mentor and advocate for those ready to reclaim their health. His mission is simple: health isn’t just the absence of disease—it’s the presence of balance, vitality, and intentional living.
